• Broward Math and Science School is planning a summer school program which is from June 14th through July 2nd. This program will help students who need assistance in reading and math. In addition, it will reinforce the skills that were taught during the school year. The summer school program will be free of cost for students who attend Broward Math and Science Schools. However, there will be a $50 security deposit which will be refunded at the end of the camp to the students who shows 85% of attendance during the summer camp. The security deposit is to avoid hiring teachers and then letting them go last minute due to low number of attendances. If you are interested in the summer school program, please send an email to Mr. Gunes and Ms. Joseph with your child’s first and last name, and current grade level. The due date to sign up for the summer school program will be April 30, 2021.
-The hours of the camp are from 8.30 to 12.14 Monday through Friday.
-Availability of this camp offering in each grade will be based on the demand in that grade level.

The character trait of April is Honesty. I would like to leave you with the following quote;

“We learned about honesty and integrity - that the truth matters... that you don't take shortcuts or play by your own set of rules... and success doesn't count unless you earn it fair and square.” -Michelle Obama

Have a great weekend, Dolphins!

Best,
