From August 1 through August 31, you can shop on qualifying back-to-school supplies without paying sales tax!
Consumers can purchase qualifying back to school supplies exempt from tax during the 2025 Back to School Sales Tax Holiday. Passed by the Florida Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Ron DeSantis, the sales tax holiday begins Friday, August 1 and extends through Sunday, August 31.
